Plan and execute multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video
Proactively monitor, optimize and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, and use this knowledge for future campaigns
Develop framework and own execution of test & learn strategies to determine effectiveness of channels, creative and audiences across media plans, and report out on findings
Identify key trends and insights to optimize media spend and performance and develop conversion points
Drive operational excellence ensuring zero mistakes in campaign execution
Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with clients on account progress, performance, and problem resolution
Work to resolve day to day media issues, interfacing with vendors, and internal stakeholders
Advising on tactical recommendations, best practices, and “next best” step for scaling profitable investments
Requirements
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience planning, executing and managing high budget paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Display and Video
Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills to campaigns
Experience in working with 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data for audience segmentation
Excellent MS excel skills presentation skills
High degree of ownership and perseverance
Understanding of and passion for integrated marketing
Positive attitude, self-starter, organized, and tech-savvy
