The Approach

We partnered with Dubai Economy & Tourism to create its SME learning hub, a fully AI-powered learning platform built to empower entrepreneurs. It offers AI-generated courses - designed, written, and presented entirely by AI - along with personalised digital avatars and interactive learning experiences tailored to each user. A custom AI workflow powers scalable, automated content creation and delivery, while 1-on-1 AI tutoring and intelligent course recommendations via an LLM chatbot ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience.

The Work

We brought the Learning Hub to life as an interactive digital ecosystem designed around the real journeys of entrepreneurs. From AI-powered courses and personalised learning paths to conversational bots and digital avatars, every element was built to make business knowledge accessible, engaging, and practical. The platform transformed complex entrepreneurial guidance into intuitive learning experiences, helping founders navigate challenges, gain new skills, and take the next step in growing their businesses.

The Results

The platform launched on schedule with a complete bilingual course catalogue, giving every user a “personal startup accelerator” experience. By automating labour-intensive steps, we achieved an estimated ten-fold reduction in production time and cost, turning what would have been months of work into weeks. The project’s innovation and impact were recognized at the MENA Digital Awards, where it received two Gold awards and one Silver, celebrating its use of AI to deliver scalable education and meaningful digital engagement for Dubai’s SME community.
