Year of Sustainability

For a third year, our team supported The Organising Committee of the 52nd UAE Union Day, in amplifying the UAE’s sustainability journey. A key part of this strategy included creating action-led content to encourage behavioural change across the nation.

The Background

UAE’s theme for 2023 was sustainability. This called for the start of an accessible and grounded conversation around sustainability nationwide. Our focus here was to roll out phased content, building up to COP28 UAE.

The Work

We activated the UAE’s deeply-rooted value of sustainability by building a content strategy around its sustainable legacy, launching campaigns in alignment with the nation's wider activations. We educated our audience and invited them to consume responsibly, conserve our planet, and act against climate change.

The Results

We achieved a reach of 5.6M people, educating them about the value of the UAE's inherited sustainability practices and their value in modern life.
