The Background

In 2021, we started work on the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi’s digital crown jewel—Experience Abu Dhabi. Within a year, our mandate grew from manage-and-enhance to innovate-and-inspire. Today we're taking it a step further, rewriting the rules on destination marketing with groundbreaking design.

We focussed on strategy and development using audience and business insights to improve performance at every step, designing a richer, more intuitive user journey.

Experience Design

Our strategy leveraged immersive content and design to showcase Abu Dhabi's attractions, culture and heritage, igniting user curiosity and raising awareness of the destination. The app, designed as a vital travel companion, personalises the visitor's experience with real-time recommendations, transforming every trip into a tailored, enriching journey.
