We are looking for an experienced Snr Technical Project Manager to lead the development workstream on a number of high-profile regional website and app projects within our digital product team.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Technical Director working alongside him to support across all development projects.
• Scope, cost, define and plan all technical projects in collaboration with the Technical Director, Account Management teams and Development team
• Be the key point of contact for all technical issues across all projects for Create clients in collaboration with the Account Management teams
• Lead in technical and requirement gathering meetings and determine and document the project’s technical needs in clear scope documents.
• Create and maintain documentation, maintaining standardisation and proactively seek continuous improvement opportunities for all projects and processes
• Develop or find the best tools and methods to improve and facilitate the work of the development team
• Create, organise, and carry out training sessions for the account management teams to ensure they are better able to manage technical projects
• Coordinate and act as the point of contact between the account management and development team.
• Delegate tasks, manage al development projects and set deadlines for the development team
• Ensure all projects are checked and run through rigorous internal QA processes, prior to being sent to the Account Management team for review and approval.

Requirements

• UAE or Karachi based
• 5 years minimum experience
• Experience leading implementation of .NET and .PHP projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of website analytics and performance metrics
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience following DevOps processes
• Experience of OWASP security implementation
• Strong working knowledge of AWS & Azure architectures
