SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
We’re looking for an organized, meticulous, and efficient senior project manager to lead digital web development and global digital content adaptation and rollout projects.
Key Project Responsibilities:
- Manage the allocation of resources to ensure timely delivery to the client for a huge volume of static, video and animation adaptations with an extremely tight deadline and ensure speed of delivery without sacrificing quality
- Ongoing management of delivery team, ensuring resource availability and allocation, identifying all requirements for ongoing training of new resources as needed
- Communicate with the client to manage expectations
- Communicate risks and dependencies, and any impact on project timelines
- Responsible for the development and updating of all project documentation
- Monitor progress of all deliverables and output, making adjustments to timelines and assets as needed
- Regularly report to the Head of Digital Operations on project status
- Ongoing involvement with team management as well as recruitment
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of project management experience for high volume adaptations and content editing (video and animations), production and digital projects.
- Able to work under extreme pressure, tight timelines and manage workloads effectively
- Have a very good eye for detail
- Proven ability to solve problems fast and efficiently with a distributed team
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience with creative content delivery and digital environments
Location:
- Location can be anywhere in the world as we are working with remote teams but must be able to work within the UAE and KSA time zones.
