We are looking for an experienced Snr Project Manager/Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of web, app and high-volume digital asset projects within the digital team.

Responsibilities

• End to end project management within the digital team, from product definition through to UAT and launch, coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, including management of vendor teams
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress
• Manage internal and client expectations against changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to department management as needed
• Communicate risks and dependencies, and any impact on project timelines
• Add strategic value based on client and industry insights throughout the project
• Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop, present, and defend project proposals to clients and internal teams
• Identify opportunities in client growth including cross-department delivery, presenting them to the senior team
• Proactively build relationships outside of the department
• Delivery team and vendor management
• Collaborate with and support the content team
• Support with the learning and development within the project management team
• Support the senior team in defining and setting up project management tools and processes

Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience
• Experience leading implementation of .NET and .PHP projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of website analytics and performance metrics
• Time management and multitasking skills
