Senior Brand Manager - Create Group

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to build on our company’s reputation and drive growth. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. To do that, you’ll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. If you’re creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and communicate Create’s vision and mission
  • Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns to drive growth within our target audiences
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing, PR and advertising activities
  • Work with in-house specialists on the annual integrated digital marketing strategy & implementation, including social, email, podcasting, blog, SEO/SEM, PR & award entries
  • Build & manage strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Ownership of all internal and external branded assets from internal invoicing templates to external assets such as the website
  • Lead on WhatApp broadcasting – strategy, planning & delivery
  • Ownership and accountability of the brand database – segmentation and cleansing, with the support of the tech team
  • Line management and mentorship of the junior brand team, including performance reviews, yearly KPI setting and training – this is an opportunity to grow the team
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

 

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager at a senior level
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Degree in marketing or a related field a bonus or the equivalent years of work experience in this field
