QA Lead
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software products are delivered to our clients with the highest level of quality and reliability. The QA Lead will manage a team of QA engineers and work closely with the development team to ensure that all projects/products meet or exceed our quality standards.
Based in Dubai - UAE
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing software testing strategies
- Manage and prioritize the workload of the QA team
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that all software products meet or exceed our quality standards
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify, report, and track defects and issues to resolution
- Ensure that all projects/products are tested thoroughly and delivered to our customers with the highest level of quality and reliability
- Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies
- Provide regular status updates on QA activities to project stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the QA team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in planning, designing, and executing software testing strategies
- Experience managing a team of QA engineers
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Experience with QA automation is a plus
