We are offering a 6-month internship in our Finance Team based in Dubai, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping practices is preferable. In this role, you’ll assist with the day-to-day tasks within the Accounts Payable Team and play an integral role in maintaining account information.

Responsibilities:

• Enter transactions into the accounting system for bank, payroll etc. and coding to the appropriate projects/GLs
• Manage data, records and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information
• Support with the weekly payment run to vendors and initiate payments through the bank
• Support with monthly payroll processing including payment submission
• Manage petty cash disbursement & reimbursement
• Ensure supporting schedules/reconciliations are updated for Balance Sheet items
• Track fixed assets and record adjustments
