Social Community Manager

We are looking for a social community manager to work closely with our social team across the UAE and Egypt to act as the face and voice of our brands and manage all community communications.

The expectations from you in your Community Manager role are listed below however a level of flexibility is expected from everyone in the team as we all work closely together.

  • Familiarizing yourself with our clients, their brand guidelines, and FAQ sheets
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner across different channels and accounts
  • Posting relevant content in accordance with the content calendars
  • Engaging with relevant accounts, partners, and hashtags in accordance with lists provided by the team
  • Providing the team with user-generated content when needed
  • Using the agency’s tools as well as native platforms to perform listening exercises, monitor and report in accordance to agreed scopes with the client
